From a review on Fragrantica. I cannot say anything better: Eau Capitale is a very powdery, soapy pink rose with patchouli, pepper, bergamot and a hint of cinammon/woodiness and ylang ylang. It's quite girly and feminine in my opinion, and a bit sweet, aldehydey. POAL on the other hand is deep and rich, with a warm woodiness, subtle dark berry accord, and dominant frankincense note that I don't find in this perfume — it's less powdery sweet and more incensey and complex. The only thing I would disagree with is I love wearing this one in cooler weather and it only takes one spray. Approximately 5 to 6 sprays were used for review in testing and the flacon in about 96%full. Comes with display box and outer sleeve. Please note in the photos that part of the sleeve is torn, but could be taped back together from the inside. Batch code is 30160089 which indicates this bottle was produced in 2019. My nose is one of the greatest rose. Fragrance is on the market today.
