Traditional Ball & Cone earrings are one of the most popular trade items that ever existed. Also known as "earbobs", this style earring was traded from the Northeast to Northwest Coast dating back to the mid-18th century. Ours are made from sterling silver for those with metal sensitivities, but they are also found in German silver, brass and other variations. These feature a 7mm ball with an open bottom 1" cone and a 1" round wire. The wire hoop can be cut to a shorter length if desired. Our cones are hollow, not solid, so they won't be too heavy on your ears. PLEASE NOTE: The ear wire is much larger than your standard earring. They are roughly 18 gauge wire and they will not fit through a normal earring hole easily.
