The 3ds powers on but has problems such as touch screen not working along with the circle pad and start and select/home. Dpad down does not work either. The 3ds does have an IPS top screen that's perfectly functional. This is a Japanese model 3ds. The main issues are the clamps that hold down the ribbon cable .
