10181 LEGO Eiffel Tower set complete with manual in good to fair condition. Most lego pieces of the set are included with an unknown amount of missing pieces from the set. (Arounf 3.5-4 stuffed gallon plastic bags worth of pieces and 4 large green pieces with some pieces on it). Conditions of the legos is that most of the legos are in good condition with a little fading, but there is a handful of pieces that show some cracks or are broken.
