"Kokedama is the Japanese art of growing plants in a moss-covered ball of soil wrapped with twine (in our product we use grape vine.) The name kokedama is a Japanese term that translates to “ball of moss.” For this particular kokedama we have used a Guzmania Bromeliad. Bromeliads are perfect for making into kokedama's as they do not require soil to grow. They are considered epiphytes, meaning they grow on the surface of other plants. They can survive on sun, air and water without being planted! They are extremely easy to grow. Just let your moss ball soak for 5-10 minutes every 1-2 weeks. You can mist in between watering also.
