Beautiful Lola Ades original painting featuring 3D potted yellow roses. Circa 1970, this piece has a shadow box effect with 3 dimensional Roses, leaves, and pot. Solid oak frame. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of this painting. A collector’s dream. About the artist: Lola F. Ades was born in Hawaii on March 9, 1913. Ades arrived in southern California in the 1930s and lived for many years in Huntington Beach. Her work is amply illustrated in Walter Foster Publication's series of How to Paint books. She is best known for her rose paintings, some of which are signed, "Lola" She died in Sedona, AZ on April 5, 2002.
