Rare Vtg Brutalist Carvalhu’s Rio Copa Collection Leather Purse 3D Amethyst Quartz This stunning vintage shoulder purse has a brutalist art piece by Carvahlu as the frontpiece. Carvahlu was out of Rio in Brazil! Carvahlu Rio is pressed into the front piece and a sticker reading Carvahlu Made in Brazil is on the inside of the purse. The frontpiece is an example of brutalist metal art and features amethyst quartz stones embedded. The shoulder strap has an approx 29" drop. The purse at the wide top is ~11 inches wide, at the narrow bottom is ~5 inches. A magnetic clasp on the inside snaps the purse closed. The purse is in great shape! Some patina due to age and surface scratches (img 7). This vintage purse is lined with a off white satin and is 6 inches deep on the inside. Perfect for a small wallet, some mascara, keys and a cell phone (iphone pro max fits nicely).
