Gorgeous early pre-Mattel Samantha is stamped Pleasant Company on the back of her neck, and is in excellent condition. I believe she may be from 1991, but will leave that up to the experts! She has squeezable vinyl, soft eyelashes (all intact), and her BEAUTIFUL long hair maintains original curl (looks like hair ribbon was never removed). Her eyes function normally, she can hold a pose, and is clean with no marks or odors. Samantha is wearing her meet outfit - dress (tagged "West Germany 1986"), matching hair ribbon, bloomers (elastic waist is stretched out), black ribbed tights, and Mary Jane shoes. In addition, Samantha comes with her beautiful bonnet with flowing ribbons. The pamphlet, "Samantha Parkington" dated 1991 is included as well. Great doll!
