Antique French Leather Doctors Bag Gladstone Bag A fantastic thick leather doctors bag dating to the early 1900s. The leather is rich, thick and sturdy, with a metal clasp comprising a press stud fastening and clasps either end to secure closure. The handle is in good condition. All stitching is intact. The leather shows age patination with the usual scratches and dents but with a good polish would come up amazing. Some faint water spots but those also may be cleaned. The lining has two slip pockets on the sides and is lizard or alligator skin.
