Antique c1880 zinc allow pen/quill rest in the form of a feather quill with an owl with yellow glass eyes perched on the end. Supported on four ball and claw feet on the bottom. Patina consistent with age. The number 1921 is impressed in the bottom - this is the pattern number and not the year. Per my research, I believe this was made in the United Kingdom. Approx 10”l x 3”w x 3.25”h This is such a unique and stunning piece!
