Upon testing the tuner worked flawlessly with the exception of the memory buttons. Upon opening the foam shim/silencers had disintegrated due to age as shown. REPAIR: Old foam was removed and switches were thoroughly cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol. Felt furniture pads were added as a replacement and now all buttons work flawlessly and silently. This may not be the best long term solution however works well and the next owner could easily remove them and replace with their choice of silencer. All the circuitry looks to be clean and in great shape. Awesome unit, might have some minor cosmetic defects due to age as shown.
