In 1886, H. H. Holmes built what would become known as his "Murder Castle", a block-long hotel which he used to capture, torture, and kill up to 200 people, mostly young women visiting the Chicago World's Fair. This illustration was created based on blueprints of the actual Murder Castle, accurately portraying what the hotel looked like and how Holmes used it to aid him in murdering his victims, then articulating their skeletons for sale to local universities. These high quality 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles feature my hand drawn pen & ink, digitally colored illustration.
