Reinhold Merkelbach #9 Bearded Man Jug with Coats of Arms - Rare Antique Stein. Condition: The stoneware body is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or repair. The pewter thumblift seems to have been bent over at some point. I'm sure it could be straightened out, but it's probably best that I'm not the one to attempt it. Please see photos for details. Age: Circa early 20th c. Markings: The impressed factory mark is not strong, but it is there. Country of Origin: Made in Germany. Materials: Stoneware. Measurements: Roughly 4¾" x 40¾" x 6" tall.
