Pretty little footed shallow bowl or tray with a ruffled edge. The design features butterflies flitting on flowery stems, with a central single butterfly. The base glass is a very dark amethyst, with beautiful bright iridescence typical of Australian carnival glass. Produced from about 1920-1930. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Finish is in excellent condition. Some factory swirls in the finish. Dimensions: 4 1/4" high, 7 1/2" wide at rim.
