American girl doll Grand Hotel /Spa . Retired first release. New release sold old at American girl this holiday season. Dolls, clothes and Santa bear not included in this sale just for display/function/picture purposes. I recently purchased this hotel in good gently played with condition. One side is the hotel room the other is the front desk/concierge scene. The set is 90 percent complete just missing the city scape window scene, note pad and red pen. Comes with all items that belong to the hotel set. Bedding is clean no rips or stains and the tags are attached. Front desk folds down and converts into a bedroom dresser. Compact bed folds up like a Murphy bed bedding compartment holds mattress and blanket with pillows inside. One of the best play sets American girl ever produced sturdy, compact and well made.
