This unique 3 string instrument has a sound all its own. To me it sounds like a cross between a mandolin and ukulele. Ask someone else they may tell you different. Sometimes when my husband is playing his and I’m in the other room it sounds like two different people are playing different instruments, or like a violin is accompanying him. It really is something.
