This is a collectible, in excellent vintage condition, hard -to-find, discontinued 1986-2001 pattern Made in England by Mottahedeh in the pattern Torquay Blue. This lovely milky white teacup & saucer set of 6 is decorated inside and outside in intricately designed, deep navy blue seaweed and mollusks, seashells & trimmed in gold gilding around the edges.
