NEW - Open Box - Sold As IS Vintage Jan’s Small World - Hobnob Log Cabin model dollhouse kit. Size 24" long - 13" deep - 18½" tall Comes in original box. Old. Box does have storage wear. From my untrained eye, the items in box appear intact. However I don’t know anything about kit building, so selling kit AS IS. There is a possibility that pieces may be missing or broken. There is some dust on the items inside, I wonder if that was the mortar or dust from the bag of rocks. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary or broken, besides just being old. Has window frames, wallpaper, wood, paper with instructions was on top… again, not sure every single piece is here. Original box was found unsealed, but taped together. In its original box weighs about 12lbs & is measured very approximately at 27”x16”x4”. So there is some cost to ship.
